Per TVA:

Attention Boone Lake boaters and anglers: The Boone Boat ramp located at 685 Minga Road, Kingsport will be closed next week for repaving and restoration of the parking lot. The Boone boat ramp will be closed Monday, February 21 through Friday, February 25 for the repaving.
