The custom built crane barge is getting its final outfitting and going into service. The BLA crew will be able to more efficiently remove larger objects and debris as a result of this special equipment that was funded by contributions from donors; the largest include: Sullivan County, TVA, Boone Lake Marina, City of Bristol, Yamaha Motors and Dr. Linda Latimer.
